Marc Cayle  |  President & CEO

Marc is a 25-year veteran of the franchise industry and has brought a successful franchise brand to market, has been a successful multi-unit franchisee and has been a franchise consultant. His experience leading his Comfort Keepers franchise to award-winning status, as well as launching ONKÖL, a remote monitoring hub that allows seniors to age in place, provided him with valuable insights to the age in place industry to create BeHomeSafe.

John Wright  |  Director of Operations

John has spent nearly 2 decades in in the healthcare and technology sector. His industry expertise began in senior living project management where he was responsible for implementing design and technology trends focused on resident quality of life and enhanced wellness through design and build out in senior communities in 17 states across the U.S.

In 2010 he transitioned to the residential side of the continuum of care receiving his CAPS I/II certification to bring his eldercare knowledge to the age in place market. As the aging in place sector grew, it was apparent that promoting a healthy independent lifestyle at home was going to require more than just home modifications. With the adoption of age in place technology, we are able to fill the final gaps: predicting and preventing outcomes, keeping the circle of care connected, and promoting a safe, independent lifestyle in a persons home.
